Ground floor opportunity at brand new facility.
Looking for several RN's and LPN's with one year or more experience in Mental Health or Pediatric Nursing, preferred.
Will rain the right candidate with ER/Corrections and or Med/Surgical experience.

Provide nursing care based on client needs.
2.
Assist with the development of plan of care.
3.
Observe client behavior and physical status and notify Licensed Clinician, DON and/or Physician of changes in condition.
4.
Assist in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment that respects client's rights.
5.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, encouraging independent behavior when appropriate.
6.
Assist in the performance and/or observation of restraints as necessary when ordered by a licensed professional using the current approved KidsPeace restraint methodology on youth who may weigh in excess of 250 pounds and who are verbally and/or physical threatening or otherwise presenting a threat to themselves or others.
8.
Administer medications as per Physician's orders and observe, record, and report evidence of adverse reactions to medications.
9.
