Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas - Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors -Clean Contruction - Detail cleaning - Safey steel toe boots required - Work well with others - Pay attention to details -Stay in your assigned areas - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols - Use cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe and responsible manner - Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and vacuums - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Good communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required Skills:
