EOEPosition Information:
The Respiratory Therapist in the Respiratory Care Services department encompasses responsibility for administering respiratory care within the scope their scope of practice under a physician's order including but not limited to all types of oxygen therapy aerosol therapy advanced airway management arterial puncture and analysis electrocardiograms and mechanical ventilation of adult geriatric and neonatal patientsThe therapist plans implements and evaluates the effectiveness of therapy with communication to the physician and health care team.
Experience Requirements:
1 Year Clinical - Respiratory Therapy In Clinical - Emergency/Trauma PreferredEducation Required:
Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy RequiredLicensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Respiratory Therapist Required - And NC Respiratory Care Practitioner Required - And Basic Life Support Required - And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support RequiredHours of Work:
