Printing Operator
Onin Staffing is looking for a Screen Printing Operator in the Fuquay Varina, NC area. As the Printing Operator, you are responsible for the printing press, ink mix and match, and quality inspection of all the printed graphic products.

$16-24/hr DOE. - 1st shift:
7:
30am to 4:
30pm. - Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Set up the UV flatbed screen printing press, ensuring proper placement of the provided screen, and loading the ink according to the job requirements.
- Operate the UV flatbed screen printing press efficiently, using the foot pedal to initiate the printing process on various materials, such as paper forms.
- Mix and match inks to achieve the desired colors and ensure accurate color representation using mathematical formulas provided.
- Transfer the printed material onto a dryer conveyor belt to dry the ink, ensuring a high quality finished product.
- Inspect printed products for defects and quality issues, making necessary adjustments when required.
Work Experience
Requirements:
- Experience as a Screen-Printing Operator or a similar role within the printing industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect quality issues.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination for precise material placement and printing tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet production deadlines.
