TE Connectivity - Energy Division is seeking a Project Tracking Specialist to be a part of the NAM Sales organization. As a member of the NAM Sales organization, the incumbent will focus on project tracking and opportunity qualification to optimize the project conversion across all vertical markets including Utility Power Distribution, Industrial, Substation and Power Transmisson.
The Project Tracking Specialist will utilized industry resources such as IIR (PEC Reports) to identify and initiate opportunities to develop focused teams maximizing success in all projects. The projects will be monitored and coordinated through all stages incorporating . The successful candidate will work with the NAM sales team to qualify sales leads from a variety of sources and will require direct contact with potential end users, engineers and contractors. The incumbent in this position will also be responsible for management of the MVPower certification program, maintain the database of qualified MV and HV contractors and administration of all program details.
Works under supervision of the Industrial Market Development Manager
Mines Industrial, Substation, Distribution and Transmission projects from Industry Info Resources
Develops teams for each project and coordinate activities of Area Sales and Key Account Managers
Convert IIR projects to SFDC opportunities format
Qualify each opportunity by contacting key decision makers at each stage of the project ecosystem
Follow up with sales team to update opportunities and direct activities
Manage MVPower program and administer all stages including testing, certification, awards and updates
High School Diploma or local equivalent Required
BS degree in a technical field ( ME, EE) is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Computer and systems competency to include Excel, SFDC, MFGPRO, SAP and PowerPoint
Knowledge of project ecosystem and key decision makers
Ability to contact and navigate through organizations of end users, engineering firms, general and electrical contractors
Organizational skills to coordinate activities across all Sales and Product Management levels
Good customer interaction skills
Strong written/verbal communications and leadership skills, can work easily with cross functional teams
Ability to travel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
